When it comes to where our food comes from, we take it seriously. When we can source it from a local, sustainable, regenerative farm, we do. When we can’t, we’re committed to the highest quality vendors and products available. period.
INGREDIENTS
We demand better ingredients in our food. Our recipe book is free of processed seed oil, high fructose corn syrup, and enriched flours and grains. Let’s all hold our food to a higher standard.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Outside of the fryer, we use 100% healthy, cold pressed oils- Avocado oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Coconut oil.
Our cast iron cornbread is made with Italian 00 flour. Why does this matter? The enriched and fortified traditional white flours in America contains folic acid and glyphosate. Its sorta a big deal, check out our you-tube channel and blog articles for more about why we believe keeping this stuff out of our diet is important.
All our sauces are made w/out artificial sweeteners or chemical shelf stabilizers. Our production team uses a “hot fill” method for large production recipes. Let’s leave chemicals out of our food.
SMOKE
We love BBQ, and we love sharing it with you! Our BBQ is smoked fresh daily! We believe in holding the highest standard not just in the ingredients we use, but also the way we prepare it.
Because some meats like beef brisket and our kalua pulled pork take anywhere from 12-15 hours to smoke, we only prepare a limited amount daily and when and when it’s sold out, it’s gone for the day!
All of our BBQ meats are smoked low and slow using whole hickory logs.
